This kinetic sculpture of the famed Czech author Franz Kafka is one of many works dotted around the city by noted Czech sculptor and installation artist David Cerny. Every hour, on the hour, the segments of the head rotate in a mesmeric dance for around ten minutes, forming intricate patterns and drawing appreciative crowds.
